How can I stop gaining weight?

You aren't going to notice a difference THE NEXT DAY.. just keep it up and you'll lose some weight. You said yourself you lost 20 pounds before, so you can do it again.. If you gain small amounts of weight it's probably just muscle, or it could be water weight, make sure you are staying hydrated while working out or your body will store water.
