With a pelvic examination?

if it's a male doctor, in some places there is a female nurse - maybe to protect the doctor himself against false allegations. When it is a female doctor and female patient, usually no nurse is required, but what if you feel the doctor has been too intimate, taken too long, and even seemed to be enjoying it. What do you do then?
