Who is the better player: Kevin Garnett or Tim Duncan?

Tim Duncan is by far the best power forward to ever live, and that includes Kevin Garnett. Garnett couldn't win a championship until he went to the Celtics and teamed up with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen where as Duncan won 4 championships as the best player on his team. He is also a two time MVP winner where as KG only won 1 MVP.
