What guys really want from a girl ?

im 15 and im new to this relationship stuff, but what to boys expect from girls? Do they expect us to be amazing at kising and everything else. or do they help us out with that stuff if were new to it. Will they be patient? or will the be a horndog and just walk around? i would like to get out there but im scared. can anyone help ? thanks :D
