Should I, a capricorn man remain patient with a cancer woman?

If you love her or like her alot, i'd suggest you being patient. I myself is an capricorn woman, while having a bf who is a cancer. Im always on the phone talking to this guy everyday, and we both like each other but things never moved slow.We were like romantic love birds, always together at school and other places XD. Just tell her you want to move things up to another level but you dont wanna rush anything too far. Tell her you sincerely like her, and you really wanna move on. If things are still going too slow its time to break the ice with her, and tell her your deepest feelings. Then she would know how you really feel. Other than that break all ties with her >.<

His new weird behaviour?

I dont know why this is bothering me so much, but my boyfriend has all of a sudden started speaking a lot more and making jokes with lots of women he met before we started dating.. we've been together for almost three years but are currently going through a rough patch (he just started distancing himself from me because he's having a rough time getting his life together because he's trying to start up his own business)... He will barely give me any attention anymore or want to take me out and stuff, I have tried being patient and asking whats wrong (besides the business situation because he wont speak to me about that anymore) but it doesnt seem to help... What should I do? Is there any hope?

Is it legal to allow medical marijuana patients to use at your business in Cali?

I have always had a dream to move to California and open up a business (I don't want to give away my whole idea, but it would involve exercising). I was wondering if it is legal (by state law) to allow medical marijuana patients to medicate while inside my building. For instance, everyone in a circle and the room fills with THC vapor and everyone gets high simultaneously. Assuming everyone has their paperwork with them, am I allowed to administer weed to my customers?
